Owner · Operator
Rush Hour is owned and run by the Morgan family. Chad grew up in North Alabama, trained in every commercial chain within an hour of here, and finally decided to build the thing he kept looking for — a serious gym that still feels like the neighborhood.
He's usually on the floor. Ask him about programming, ask him about equipment, ask him to spot you. That's the whole point.
Walk in anytime — we'll show you the floor, talk through what you're after, and hand you a day pass. No appointment needed.
